Directions for Data Managers Outside of I-SS:

For a current 8th grader:    (for a current 9th grader 7th-9th; for a current 10th grader 8th-10th)

1. 6th and 7th EOG results including achievement levels and percentiles
2. 6th-8th grade discipline incidents and consequences 
3. 7th-grade report card final grades (F1)
4. 8th-grade report card grades for fall 2023 semester (S1). 
5. 7th and 8th attendance, tardies, early dismissals
6. Copy of the student’s IEP, 504, ESL, and/or AIG plan (if applicable)
7. Please submit data listed above in an Excel spreadsheet to mbeecham@cctlec.org
